Interviewing for Franchisee Success

Interviewing for Franchisee Success features:

Do you need a simple, low-cost, or even no-cost way to improve the accuracy of your franchisee selection process by 35%?

Improving the odds of predicting which of your franchise candidates will be successful can be as simple as formalizing your selection process.

A typical selection process evolves along the following lines:
First is a very rudimentary, unstructured selection process. Does the candidate pass the "mirror test"? In other words, if they have the finances and can fog a mirror, they're in.

One small problem with the mirror test. Finances alone do not predict success. I bet you know someone that has access to lots of cash but would make a terrible franchisee.

One step up from the "mirror test" is replacing it with an informal and unstructured interview. You know the kind I mean. One where you ask the candidate what they thought of (insert your favorite sport or hobby here). It's really a "get-to-know-you" session. And that's great to a point.

"Interviewing for Franchisee Success has some great questions, and offering "good" and "bad" examples of responses is helpful. We appreciate your sharing this excellent tool."
